minubo conquers the world: Our startup wins Seedcamp London 2013!!

JIHAAAA, what the hell did we do!? The incredible actually became truth: Nobody would have dared to dream of THIS all the more, but minubo passed its first international trial with flying colors and straightforwardly scored a splendid strike at Seedcamp London in front of a jury consisting of prestigious mentors from Technology, Business Development and Venture Capital. WE WON!! Wow.

Yet, god knows that Seedcamp even is far from being just ANY „international trial“. As long ago as 2007, the organization promotes various technology-based startups from by now 33 countries with great success – not only monetary by its own funds as well as many financially sound investors, but first of all substantially, too: The greatly networked Seedcamp Family counts many skilled and experienced mentors for example from Google or Facebook as partners who support the young entrepreneurs with the development of a strong product and network as well as the implementation of some first steps into international terrain. Thus, the credits given by the globally considered Seed Investment Fund mean an exceedingly early start into international markets for our startup, looked after by industry experienced experts of various professional disciplines.

So – there it is, the final prove for really being a most promising startup on an international level, too! After minubo had already been able to come out on top of several hundreds of other companies in the first application phase, Lennard and Michael headed to the Google Campus in London for the finals in the very last days of January. An exciting trip full of challenges for the two of them: It wasn’t all about technology and strategic concept anymore, but also about competence in presentation and proving oneself face to face with mentors and investors. A three-minute-pitch that totally lives up to the product and the team standing behind it!? Rather impossible – apparently.

Well, not COMPLETELY impossible, obviously. As well as minubo’s magnificent triumph does all by itself, Seedcamp Principal Philipp Moehring additionally assures that minubo simply ROCKS: “What especially convinced us is the sustainably utilized experience that the nextel’s team was able to gain during its longtime consulting and development activity in cooperation with various customers from the eCommerce. The product merges all the in this way generated know-how by being a tool that perfectly fits its user’s requirements.” True story.

Thus, the gates to the global markets of eCommerce are opened widely for minubo as one out of only four German companies that are part of the Seedcamp Family. GO MINUBO!!
